This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through Herbiva. Due to the nature of dietary supplements and ingestible products, refunds are limited in accordance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.

Final Sale Policy

All dietary supplement products sold by Herbiva are considered final sale once shipped. For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for opened, used, consumed, or tampered products, including items with broken or removed safety seals.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds are not provided for personal dissatisfaction, lack of perceived results, taste preferences, allergic reactions, individual sensitivities, or failure to follow recommended usage instructions. Individual results may vary, and no specific outcome is guaranteed.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If an order arrives damaged or contains an incorrect item, customers must contact Herbiva within 48 hours of delivery. Clear photographic evidence of the product and original packaging is required to allow proper investigation. When validated, Herbiva may, at its discretion, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund if replacement is not available.

Orders Not Received

If an order has not been delivered within 20 business days from the shipping date, customers must notify Herbiva at info@herbiva.store. We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier. Refunds or replacements are issued only after the shipment is officially confirmed as lost in transit by the carrier.

Refund Authorization and Processing

All refunds require internal review and approval. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing times vary by payment provider and typically take 5–10 business days.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet entered processing or shipment. Once an order is being processed or has shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Chargebacks

Customers agree to contact Herbiva customer support before initiating any payment dispute or chargeback. In the event of a chargeback, Herbiva may submit evidence including proof of delivery, policy acknowledgment, and customer communications to the payment processor. Unauthorized or abusive chargebacks may result in account review or permanent restrictions on future purchases.
