Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. When your order ships, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor its progress.
Please note: During high-demand periods (such as holidays or promotions), processing times may be extended by a few days.
Delivery Time
We work with a network of trusted fulfillment partners to ensure the best possible delivery experience. Depending on your location, delivery typically takes:

Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email. Please allow 2–4 days for the tracking information to update after dispatch.
Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on most orders. In some regions, a small shipping fee may apply and will be calculated at checkout.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package seems to be delayed, please check the tracking link first. If it shows no updates for more than 10 business days, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, natural disasters, or carrier issues once the item has been dispatched. However, we will always do our best to assist you.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Please make sure all shipping details are entered correctly. If the address is incorrect or incomplete, we cannot guarantee successful delivery and may not be able to issue a refund. If you realize there’s a mistake after placing the order, contact us within 12 hours so we can update it before processing.
Customs & Import Duties
In rare cases, international orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
