Order Cancellation Window

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet entered processing, fulfillment, or shipment. Cancellation requests submitted after this window cannot be guaranteed.

Orders in Processing or Shipment

Once an order has entered processing, fulfillment, or has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded. This applies to all dietary supplement products due to health, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Subscription Cancellations

For subscription-based products, customers may cancel their subscription at any time through their customer account or by contacting our support team at info@herbiva.store. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the next scheduled billing date. Charges processed prior to cancellation are non-refundable.

No Retroactive Cancellations

Herbiva does not offer retroactive cancellations, refunds, or credits for orders already processed, shipped, or billed due to missed cancellation requests.

Chargeback Prevention

Customers agree to contact Herbiva customer support prior to initiating any chargeback or payment dispute. Cancellation eligibility is determined strictly according to this policy. In the event of a dispute, Herbiva may provide evidence including order timestamps, processing status, policy acknowledgment, and customer communications to the payment processor.
